Overview
For an item to be eligible for a return and exchange, the following conditions are required to be fulfilled at customer’s end,
- Our return and exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return and exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It should also be in the original packaging.
- Items which will miss their barcode will not be entertained for returns and exchange.
- No return policy is applicable for the products that is designed for a particular day/occasion/campaign.
- There will be no exchange for another product or another color other than the selected one.
To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An item is eligible for returns and exchange if it is damaged or if we do not have the preferred size in stock.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, within 5-7 days.
Process of Returns and Exchange
- You can contact us via email or WhatsApp in case you have recieved a damaged product(unboxing video required to process) or size does not fit you and you want exchange within 3 days of reciving the product.
- If the product is available, we will create a new order for you, with desired size.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup for you for your previous order(if reverse pickup is available at that time at your pincode, else please send the previous order to us at our address).
- You will hand over the product in its original condition and proper packaging with barcode to the delivery person.
- We will schedule an exchange for your returned product once we receive the product in its proper condition.
- For your new order, the delivery will be done in the normal manner and you should receive the order in next 5-7 business days once new order is processed.
Exchange Time-Frame
Once we receive the product for exchange due to any reason, We will inspect the product and if the exchange gets approved We will deliver the new item to you within 5-7 working days.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be elibible for returns and exchanges. Sale items cannot be returned and exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thevoguelife.com
If you wish to exchange the same product for a different size, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. If reverse pickup is available at your PIN code, we will arrange it within 3-5 business days. If reverse pickup is not available, kindly ship the product to our office address within 5-7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the product, and it meets our return criteria, we will dispatch the replacement within 3-5 working days.
